How It Works
1. Complete New Athlete Form
Before working with us, we’d like to learn more about you and your goals, on and off the court. To begin, simply complete our New Athlete Form, and we will contact you within 24hr. NEW ATHLETE FORM
2. Download Coaching App
Before your first meeting with your coach, download our coaching app that includes a ton of free content to help you become a better athlete. FREE COACHING APP
3. Schedule Coaching Call
After you complete your New Athlete Form, we will reach out via email, to schedule your first coaching call. During this call, we will provide you with tips and exercises to improve your mental game and become a better athlete.Â
4. Crush Your Goals!
Following your first coaching call, we will create a training program for you on our coaching app. Throughout the next 4 weeks, your coach will provide you with daily exercises to complete and check in each week, to make sure you are progressing to your goals.
