We are an in-person and virtual mindset coaching service for teen athletes that want to gain a mental edge over their competition. We believe the mind, just like the body, needs to be trained regularly for athletes to perform at their best.

Using our science-based methods, over time, athletes can expect to feel more confident and focused, while experiencing more success on the court.

A majority of our athletes are volleyball players, but we work with male and female athletes in all sports.

Our workshops are in-person or virtual events for teams and clubs that are tailored to meet your organization’s needs and goals. Our Headstrong coaches and staff will lead the athletes through presentations, discussions, and interactive activities/games on various topics to help them learn the most important athletic mindset training topics.

Topics from previous presentations have included:

  1. Building team chemistry
  2. Goal Setting and implementing systems to reach goals
  3. Facing and overcoming setbacks and challenges
  4. Performing under pressure
  5. Developing mental toughness/resilience
  6. Replacing limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs
  7. Practice easy techniques to improve focus, calm nerves, and improve performance
Our workshops vary in length from as little as 2-hour sessions to multi-day events. Our coaches have done workshops in small group deep dive sessions and presentations for entire sports programs.
